D.Buzz Microblog a Decentralized Alternative to Social Media Built on Hive

D.Buzz is a Twitter-like microblogging platform  that allows users to create an account, participate in communities and conversations, and submit their  content to the Hive Blockchain. From the  Steem community to the Hive community, D. Buzz has been around as a microblogging platform for three years.

According to Chris Rice (@chrisrice) and his co-founder Nathan Senn (@nathansenn), D.Buzz's mission is to promote free speech and user rights through blockchain technology.

D.Buzz introduced censorship-resistant technology with great freedom and resistance from  tech giants. D.Buzz users, or buzzers as we call them, can attest that in D.Buzz censorship resistance is king and users  always rule.

The creation of D.Buzz was made possible after  DataLoft LLC founder Nathan Sen and his friend Chris Rice realized that the advanced content delivery algorithms used by major social media companies were drawing lines between them. It is either defined as a platform or publisher but these two terms alone have unique legal meanings.

These platforms  also engage in what is called "algorithmic censorship," a practice that  technically classifies them as publishers and deprives them of CDA protection.

In a statement from Market Square, it appears that these large social media companies want you to believe that  you have a fair and equal right to vote, while  subjecting you to algorithms that are controlled by their opinions and agendas.

D.Buzz, owned by Dataloft LLC and co-founded by Nathan Senn and Chris Rice, is truly different. They have created a censorship resistant platform powered by the Hive Blockchain.

Offering D.Buzz as an alternative to Twitter or other social networks is great for users because they are free to express what  they already have and enjoy better content retention.

According to Chris Rice, co-founder of D.Buzz, who lives in Davao City, Philippines, one of his plans is to not show ads on his platform unless necessary.

The microblogging platform D.Buzz was founded in 2019 by Nathan Senn of Dataloft LLC and Chris Rice, founder of ShelterListing.org. Dataloft's mission is to build and deliver the next generation of the Internet (Web3) with reliable, secure and verifiable solutions that make  online transactions trustworthy.

The Dataloft team is made up of some of the brightest minds in the industry. Passionate about all things digital, the team develops and champions new technologies for the next generation of internet users, software and robots.

Dataloft is run by entrepreneurs Nathaniel (Nathan) Senn as COO and web investor Paul Jones Entrepreneur.
